Rabash / From the Peh and Above, It Is Not Considered a Kli

789. From the Peh and Above, It Is Not Considered a Kli

The Kli [vessel] is Aviut [thickness], which is the will to receive. On this there is the power of judgment that it is forbidden to receive with this intention. On that there is a correction called Masach [screen]. There is a rule that Aviut is present only from itself downward, and not above it. We should ask why the Aviut is apparent only in Malchut and not above it.

It is known that before the desire awakens, we cannot speak of any reality, since the reality we can speak of is only when the feeling in the lower one begins. Until then, it is considered that the upper one is working and the lower one does not feel the action of the upper one. But when the lower one comes to feel it, he knows that there is a reason that caused him to feel the matter.

This is similar to one who sends a gift to his friend, and the gift goes through several hands until it reaches its recipient. Nevertheless, the recipient does not know about these hands it went through before he received the gift.

But when he receives, he understands that until it came to him, the gift went through several messengers because he received the gift from abroad.

Naturally, he cannot take away or add anything to the past state. Rather, all we can do is from here on, which is regarded as from him and below, meaning that he can make changes from the time of the reception of the gift onward. This is considered that the judgment does not work from Malchut of the Rosh and above.
