773. The Difference between Torah and Ethics

The difference between Torah and ethics: “Ethics” is called “the correction of creation,” which is the qualification of the Kelim [vessels]. “Torah,” in the sense of the names of the Creator, is the purpose of creation. “His names” means names of abundance, such as names of corporeal pleasures.
