707. A Treasure of Fear of Heaven

All the Creator has in His treasury is a treasure of fear of heaven, as was said, “The fear of God is His treasure.”

We should ask, But there is no fear in Him, so how can it be said that He has such a treasure?

A treasure means something outside of a person, meaning there is the person and he has a treasure; these are two things. Also, we should say here as in, “The Torah and Israel and the Creator are one.” But fear of heaven means something outside of him, meaning two things. This means that the Creator has a treasure of fear of heaven.
