The Importance of Dissemination

We're happy to be here and we're really advancing in our course. Soon we'll start to sense the next stage. We saw photos of your physical meetings - we hope that gave you strength and inspired you for our upcoming regional convention. We're going to have a few special preparation lessons for the convention. But whoever can take part in these regional shabbat conventions we really recommend it. You met with people who speak your language and in your area. Gradually you'll see how you can find a role and that will help you integrate in our group. This will help you organize your environment. As you know this is the most important thing.

Today we're going to tell you a secret. At the end of the day the wisdom of Kabbalah is a profession. We need to know how to attain the Creator. We received this secret from our Rav and we want to share it with you. At the end of the day you must know this to reach the goal. We haven't really spoken about it a lot and opened it up significantly. It's one of the most essential means for this path - without it you can't reach revelation of the Creator.

We're going to talk about dissemination and why it's so important. I arrived here and started studying the wisdom and I want to advance. I don't know what that means for others - He awakened me and I want to advance - I don't know when He's going to awaken others.

This is a very long story that's connected to the law of nature. The Creator actually created us - our general soul - in a way that we're connected to each other. We see how we influence one another. As a result we understand that the Creator isn't interested in the correction of one person - He wants the correction of the entire world. The wisdom of Kabbalah explains this in great detail. He doesn't see us as one but rather as one whole. So if we want to be like the upper one we also need to relate to all of humanity. The whole idea of connection and love thy neighbor is a law of nature - it has to spread to all of humanity.

We need to understand our nature and how we can create these special connections to be similar to the Creator. Right now we don't need to connect with all of humanity - just the ten. Our method exists for over 3000 years and developed it straight from the Torah - each time they upgraded it for the current generation. Everyone needs to understand this concept - but each person will apply it in accordance with their deficiency. Just like you're sitting here now and came because you saw a clip or a lecture. Someone prepared that for you. So you will also need to use this means to pass the wisdom on to others in all kinds of forms. We're all very different and therefore each person will pass this on differently - some more internally and others more externally.

As Michael Laitman explains, we don't understand how much dissemination helps us otherwise we'd be in it day and night. What is it? That you're correcting the general soul. So that He'll correct us all. Not to correct yourself. He already advanced you. Now you can advance by advancing others.

Rav is connecting the spreading of the wisdom of Kabbalah to advancement. The Creator is constantly giving us without any limit. And now the Creator has awakened my point in the heart. I'm in the system and the process - and now the only question is whether I'll be an active part in the system. When I start become an active partner in dissemination - then I become a part that is contributing in a positive way to this process.

By bringing another person to the spring - I'm helping get the light that reforms. This is how we start attaching all these parts that need to be reattached. Each of you came because of something on social media, or a book, etc. That happened thanks to someone else putting in the effort to have those things out there. Whoever does those things becomes the Creator's partner. This is how it works: the more people we connect to the light that reforms - the more you are advancing on the path.

When we ask people how they got here it always seems to be a random occurrence. But we want to be those that help connect people searching for the meaning of life. We want to be active partners in this process because there are people really suffering from not finding the purpose of life. The Creator will act no matter what - if not through us then though someone else. So we want to make sure to be as active as possibly in connecting all those people who are searching.

“I have found a great need to break through the iron wall that stands between us and the wisdom of Kabbalah,” wrote Baal HaSulam in his Introduction to the Study of the Ten Sefirot. Indeed, he was the first to interpret the entire Book of Zohar and the writings of the Ari, the first to make this ancient wisdom accessible to every person, and the first to publish a Kabbalistic newspaper and distribute it among the people. At the heart of everything he did was a deep concern for the fate of our people - a concern that ultimately shaped the entire course of his life.
