Is It Punishment — or Help from the Creator?

The same suffering can be interpreted as punishment that pushes us into deeper concealment or as a correction sent to awaken and strengthen us. The choice is determined by prior preparation: the group, the study, and the support we built while in a good state enable us to recognize hardship as help from the Creator.
