- Assign Roles in the ten during the congress, to make everyone has a role even it is only to "sharpen pencils" (it can be virtual role, like sending reminder before the lesson, sending the recording of the lesson, finding quotes, prepare a clip of the friends, or to be responsible for the Zoom, or it can physical roles for friends who are participating in the congress physically)
