The main goal is to prepare the physical location for an introductory lesson. When the group decides to prepare an introductory lesson at a certain location, the Caretaker help at these activities and coordinates and cooperates with the instructors and supports the group.

• Find a suitable room for meeting: Maybe you have to rent a room. Then you have to work out the budget and the lease agreement with the landlord.
• Invite people who are interesting in Kabbalah courses.
• Start marketing and advertisement for the event (with the local marketing team, in your language).
• Work out email invitation with all necessary infos; send testmail to your team - to avoid mistakes!
• Make a list of participants who confirmed to come, in order to prepare the right amount of coffee, cookies, juice and other stuff you need.
• Prepare/provide dissemination material to give away (links to the Kabbalah Academy and more..) and Books.
• Invite friends from the group who will be responsible and in charge for the different activities: payment, registration, food, books, cleaning, devices, technical stuff (camera, microphone..).
