The Arvut Platform [https://arvut.kli.one/] is the main place where friends gather to participate in live lessons. To ensure a smooth experience and maintain the highest level of respect during the lessons, please follow these Connection and Behaviour guidelines.

Connection Guidelines

Logging In

1. Access the Login Page https://arvut.kli.one/

To log in, select Login and choose your Email and Password.

 

2. Setting Up Your Environment

Once logged in, you will see the Settings Page to configure your:

1. Camera
2. Microphone
3. Room

Important: If you are unsure which room you belong to, please reach out to the Academy team in your language. Do not enter a room you haven’t been invited to.

Inside the Room

Once you enter the room, you'll be together with your friends. You can choose your preferred language to listen to the lesson.

Available Controls:

You have access to several controls to manage your experience

1. Microphone On/Off
2. Camera On/Off
3. Broadcast On/Off
4. Audio Mode (for low-connectivity internet)
5. Ask a question

 

Behaviour Guidelines

Because events on the Arvut Platform are broadcast live, there is a chance your room could be shown at any moment, especially if someone from your room asks a question.

To maintain a respectful and suitable atmosphere during lessons, please follow these behaviour guidelines:

1. Dress Code:
Please dress decently. Avoid being topless or inappropriately dressed.

2. Positioning:
Ensure you're seated properly in front of your camera (avoid lying in bed or being in positions that may seem disrespectful).

3. No Smoking:
Refrain from smoking during live broadcasts.

4. Focus:
During lessons, avoid unnecessary talking with friends unless it’s during a workshop.

5. No Children in View:
Events are meant for participants above the age of 18, so please avoid having children in view of your webcam.
