Our Youth, Our Future
Our 24-hour youth road trip has come to an end.
They hiked up North, laughed, shared meals, and created memories together. But one moment stood out above all the rest.
In the evening, after dinner, our young adults gathered in a circle for a workshop. One lineup. One conversation. Everyone listening intently. Everyone participating as equals. Everyone fully engaged. Everyone adding their uniqueness to the whole.
Seeing the photos, I couldn't help but think how fortunate our youth are to grow up with such an advanced tool for personal development and human connection.
Life constantly challenges our ego. It pushes us to react quickly, defend our opinions, and only see the world through our own perspective. The special workshop method we apply offers a different path.
It doesn't eliminate the ego, but rather helps us balance it.
By learning to truly listen, consider others' viewpoints, and build a shared understanding, our young friends gain something that will serve them for the rest of their lives. They develop greater clarity, better judgment, and stronger relationships - not because someone tells them what to think, but because they learn how to connect above their differences.
When I see our youth sitting together under the evening sky applying our special method, I feel hopeful.
These conversations are doing far more than ending a great day. They are helping shape a generation that knows how to connect, collaborate, and make wiser decisions together.
I can't think of a more valuable gift we can give our children.
