Module “Caretaking” Lesson 5
Lesson content
Materials
The main goal is to support the teacher during teaching and take care for virtual environment.
- All participants should make efforts to create a common positive intention in this unifying action. We start with a Workshop to create a warm atmosphere, for example with this question: “Why did I come here today?”.
- Welcome the students.
- In the first lesson introduce yourself and the teacher to the audience.
- Post the Agenda in the Zoom-chat and give a short overview.
- Ask students to write their correct name, to mute mic while not speaking and to turn on camera.
- If there are more than 10 participants the host must set up breakout rooms with 6 (5 to 7) participants each.
- Follow the agenda you have prepared; leave agenda only if necessary (i.e. if there is an important question or issue, which you have to deal primarily).
- Repeat shortely WS Rules with the participants.
- Address to shy people who don’t participate (everybody should be involved).
- 10 Minutes before the end of the seminar, all participants should meet again in the main room of Zoom
Important! Try to end on time!
Reflect together about the meeting. - Make sure students leave in a good mood.
- Afterwards make a “debriefing”: reflect in the caretaking team with the teacher and make notes; discuss the meeting and line up. note ideas for improvement if necessary. do the reflection in a way a Ten works.
