Lesson content
Materials

The main goal is to be in touch with students, prepare all informations for following meetings and cooperate with the teachers for the lesson.

  • Attendance Form (see f.i. this example: https://goo.gl/pRBgat).
  • Make up and write down a line-up for each meeting with your team (music, Intention text, welcoming greeting, theoretical part (article), workshop, announcements, good-by-message, music or intention for the end of the meeting..).
  • Out of the line-up the teachers create the agenda and you have to inform the audience (sending emails..).
  • Distribute duties and responsibilities between the team-members (how much tasks you will have to overtake depends on the size of your local supporters team, so it’s important that your supporters team is growing if it is small - involve new BB friends); determine who is doing what, who is Zoom-Host, who is in charge for break out rooms or recording, who is in charge for each point of the line-up.
  • Select a free Zoom-Room and note ID-number or link.
Inform students about time, location or Zoom ID and schedule in time (3 days before AND maybe send a reminder at the meeting’s day).
  • Send info of how to use zoom, if they don’t know yet.
  • If recording is desired, choose a person who is in charge (download, cutting, upload) and determine time target for upload.
